The VLC 1000 is a high-quality, powerful vinyl and laminate cutter for professional use. Its gear unit with 3-fold power transmission makes it easy to cut thick laminate, vinyl and design boards with a material thickness of up to 14 mm and a width of 370 mm. The patented return mechanism moves the blade back to its original position after the cut and thus optimises your work progress. Thanks to the smooth blade, even boards with integrated impact sound insulation can be cut cleanly and without splinters, while the decorative layer stays perfectly intact. The VLC 1000 also efficiently handles click vinyl boards and vinyl tiles with a thickness of up to 6 mm; thanks to its EDP coating, nothing sticks to the blade. When cutting, the cutter bar serrations and the limit stop ensure that the workpiece is securely fixed, while the non-slip cushion feet ensure the stability of the VLC 1000 itself. You can conveniently rest the panels on the material support. You can adjust the integrated 90° limit stop in 4 steps of 40 mm each, thereby optimising the cutting angle for small widths of 210 to 370 mm. And with the VLC 1000, you are ready for diverse material thicknesses. Simply adjust the cutting gap to the right setting: step 1 for board thicknesses of 2 to 4 mm, step 2 for 5 to 8 mm, step 3 for 9 to 11 mm and step 4 for 12 to 14 mm. The stop not only helps you make accurate 90° cuts – for angle cuts between 0 and 180° and rip cuts, you can adjust or completely remove it. If you want to cut particularly thick boards, you can clamp them to the extra-wide cutter bar. With the VLC 1000, you produce minimal noise and dust when you work. This makes it ideal for use directly at the place of installation, whether in your own home or at your customer's place.
